About this mod
Always show Counterspell beneath the cursor
This mod is heavily inspired by 'Always Show Passive Items and Active Icons'. Counterspell is permanently displayed underneath the cursor once bought. Other passive items with cooldowns cascade under the counterspell, but only appear when coming off cooldown.
