I liked how it looked in old footage so I decided to restore it!

ninjabladeJr Updated the ammo ticks mod to work with custom crosshairs
civo Told me what the stamina thingamabob was
Libera_sx Their unupdated crosshair mod had ticks enabled so I was able to use that as a reference on the original rotational values.
