Allows you to use the testing tools while in the sandbox
This might be buggy, I am a amateur modder at heart and I apologize if you run into any issues. For some reason the hideout doesn't have testing tools for testing, so I went ahead and re-enabled them. Now you can spawn in bots, have no reload, no death, and actually reset your hero for build testing.
